Optimum is pleased to announce that they will be publishing a new and updated book on Canada’s tainted blood scandal by author Vic Parsons: Bad Blood will be released in Canada and the United States. An 8-part Miniseries that covers the scandal entitled Unspeakable will be aired on CBC and Showtime. While it was a major crisis in Canada this story touched blood services agencies throughout the world. In fact, the British parliament has reopened an investigation into their own tainted blood crisis.
